An elegant rosolio-based elixir, a liqueur beloved by women since the Renaissance, with the delicate, enchanting scent of roses. Elisir Anima, in part forgotten with the passing of time, was created with the intention of recuperating the old custom of toasting marriages with it, wishing the bride and groom a long, happy union.
This elixir, as per the original recipe, is obtained by macerating rose petals in alcohol and sugar, and the result is pleasing to any palate. Silky and aromatic, elegant and perfumed, Elisir Anima is an intense and enchanting liqueur like the scent of roses, embellished with edible gold leaf.
Ingredients
Water, sugar, alcohol, natural flavouring.
Added 0.01% gold – E175 colouring.

Pairings
Perfect as an aperitif and ideal to accompany dessert, this liqueur is an excellent mixer, and in order to bring out its flavourings it should be served at room temperature.
